Is junk removal really free?
For items we can donate or recycle profitably — most furniture, white goods and electronics in working or repairable condition — collection is free. Broken, soiled or hazardous items carry a disposal fee, and we tell you that amount before we lift anything.
How quickly can you come?
Most bookings made before noon are collected the same day in Dubai and Sharjah. Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates run on scheduled days, usually within 48 hours.
How do you price a job?
By volume and effort — access, floor level and how much there is. Photos are enough for a guide price; the final quote is confirmed on site before anything is loaded.
Do I need to be there?
Someone needs to give access and confirm what is going. If you cannot be there, a building concierge or a neighbour with your instructions is fine — we send photos when the job is done.
Will you take things from inside my apartment?
Yes. Our crews carry everything down themselves, including from walk-up floors. You do not need to move a thing to the door.
Do you dismantle furniture?
We dismantle beds, wardrobes and modular units on site at no extra cost when it is needed to get them out safely.
