Driveway access and bulk student jobs
Access here is the easy part. Villas and townhouses have driveways we can park on, no lift to book and no permit to open, so the crew works straight from the property. That makes a full villa clearance considerably faster than the same volume out of an Al Nahda walk-up.
Student accommodation is the exception, and it needs planning rather than access permission. These jobs are bulk: twenty or thirty identical bed frames, mattresses and desks coming out of one building over a day or two. We bring a larger vehicle and a bigger crew, and we work with the building supervisor on which floors clear first so residents still moving out are not blocked.
For Al Zahia handover packaging, the volume looks alarming but compacts well. Crates, cardboard and protective film fill a truck quickly yet weigh very little, so it is cheaper per load than furniture. Clear it in one booking rather than in stages and you will pay less overall.
Sharjah municipality rules still apply on kerbside waste. Bulky items should not sit outside waiting for collection, which is why everything leaves in the same visit.

What Muwaileh jobs cost
Volume drives the price. Garden waste is bulky but light. Renovation debris is heavy and carries tip fees charged by tonne. Bulk student furniture is priced per load rather than per item, which is what makes it viable at that scale.

Sound bed frames, mattresses in good order, desks and wardrobes go to our UAE charity partners and labour accommodation suppliers, which is exactly the kind of furniture they need at exactly the scale we can supply it.
Cardboard and timber pallets from Al Zahia handovers have clean recycling routes and are separated at our yard. Metal goes to scrap processors, electronics to licensed e-waste facilities, and fridges and AC units have refrigerant drained by a licensed handler before the shells are recycled. Green waste is composted where the facility accepts it.
