Access, discretion and how we work on site
Emirates Hills is gated with security at the entrances, and contractor vehicles need the resident or property manager to notify security ahead of the visit. We cannot arrange that on your behalf, so please log it when you confirm the date and give security the vehicle and crew details we send you.
Discretion matters to a lot of clients here, and we work accordingly. Crews are uniformed and briefed, we do not photograph property interiors without permission, and we do not post job photos from private villas. If you would prefer the vehicle unbranded for the visit, say so when you book and we will arrange it.
Practically, driveways here are generous but landscaping is not something to drive across. We stage loads on hard standing, use boards where a route crosses paving that might mark, and sweep the driveway before leaving. On multi-day jobs we agree a start and finish time each day so the household is not disrupted longer than necessary.

Pricing for large villa work
Volume drives the number, but so does the mix. Renovation debris is heavy and priced partly by weight because tip fees are charged by tonne. Furniture and household contents are priced by truck space. A full villa usually mixes both, which we sort at our yard rather than asking anyone to separate on site.
