How much does an apartment clearance cost?
We price by volume and access. A lightly furnished studio is a very different job from a fully furnished three-bed with a restricted lift window. As a guide, a studio or one-bedroom clearance usually falls between AED 700 and AED 1,200, a two-bedroom between AED 1,200 and AED 1,800, and three bedrooms and above from around AED 1,800 upwards, depending on how full the flat is and the floor.
Furniture and appliances in good condition can bring the price down, because they go to charity or resale rather than to a disposal facility. Tell us if anything is new or barely used.

Apartment clearance in Dubai: common questions
Can you clear the apartment while I am not there?
Yes. Many clients leave the keys with security or the agent and send us a list or marked photos of anything that stays. We send photos when the job is done.
Do you need a move-out permit from my building?
Most Dubai towers require one. You or your agent usually applies through building management, and we supply our trade licence and insurance so the permit can be issued. Tell us early and we will help.
Can you clear an apartment in one day?
Almost always. We size the crew to finish within the lift slot your building gives us, which is usually a single morning or afternoon.
Do you clean the apartment after clearing it?
We sweep every room after the clearance. Deep cleaning is a separate service, and we can time our visit so your cleaners arrive straight after us.
What happens to the things you remove?
Usable furniture and household items go to charity partners, metal and appliances are recycled, electronics go to licensed e-waste facilities, and the rest goes to licensed disposal. You receive a certificate the same day.
